Both. You choose the currency at the payment step — Tanzanian shillings (TZS) or US dollars (USD). Cards are handled by Stripe, and Tanzanian mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel, Tigo, Halopesa) is also accepted. When you switch currency the amount is converted at the rate the CEO publishes in the system, so you always see the exact figure before you confirm.

Your payment is held in escrow — it is not released to anyone until you accept the delivered work. Only then does the money move to the company account. Contracts are signed with ECDSA cryptography, so any change to a signed term makes the signature fail and the change is rejected.

Yes. Your portal shows the live status of every request — Pending, Quoted, Approved, In Progress, Completed — along with the assigned worker, their notes and the reports produced. You are notified by SMS and email at each stage, so you never have to ask where things stand.

BRELA company registration, TRA tax services and government e-services are for clients inside Tanzania only — they are hidden from visitors abroad. Every other service, including software development, AI fine-tuning, cyber security and design, is available worldwide.

Every service has its own testing built into the system, and a project is not marked complete until those tests pass and the work has been reviewed. Deployment follows the written instructions you and the assigned engineer agreed, and you receive the report with the result.

Yes. The platform serves clients worldwide and works in English and Kiswahili. You can pay by card in USD, and meetings can be held as live video calls inside the system, with an AI scribe that writes the minutes for you.
